Innovative tray with microcolumn surface

Our high-quality plastic baking trays with microcolumn pattern are made of hard-wearing PP and are dishwasher-safe. Röschediele Optima is available in three different sizes and is optimally stackable. This way you are able to use the baking tray in a very flexible way in your bakery. The microcolumn pattern of these trays render cloths or foam films unnecessary. The breathable structure ensures optimum ventilation of your dough pieces and prevents them from sticking to the contact surface. The dough is neither too moist nor does it dry out on the baking tray.
